If you are an owner of a lot within Churchill-Coyle Properties (CCP), or are a tenant leasing a property within CCP, you are eligible to become a member. Detailed membership eligibility requirements and responsibilities are listed on page 5 Article 1 in the Bylaws.
Annual Fee: $70*

Dock Gate Access
Voting rights at Club meetings
Eligible to serve on Club Board
2025 Annual Fee:
$395* ($70 Club Fee + $325)
Includes all Club Membership benefits plus:
Access to Launch Gate
Moorage for 1 boat under 26'
Optional Moorage for additional boat (under 14') for $25 annually
Guest moorage for up to 7 days

Your annual dues help preserve, repair, and enhance community investments such as the dock and access roads. The annual budget, approved by membership at the Spring club meeting, governs how funds are distributed across these items:
Club Liability Insurance, Bond, and Registration
Tidelands Lease
Utilities (power & water)
Port-a-potty at the dock
Dock Repairs and Maintenance
Maintenance for Alder and Wolf Roads
Birch Street Ramp and Gate Repairs
Gate Lock and Access Controls
Membership Mailings & Outreach
Future Dock Replacement
Social Events (July 4 Party, work party refreshments, etc.)
Web Hosting, Software, and Video Conferencing
* All new members are required to submit a one time initiation fee of $75 with their membership application.
